RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY


We do not allow exchanges or refunds for choosing the wrong size once purchased.

Each item is made to order and there is a sizing chart included with all listings with detailed measurements for all sizes. We highly encourage our customers to measure themselves accordingly before purchasing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

​We only will offer an exchange or refund only if there is an error on our end with a customer's order or if the garment is defected. A clear visual (video/photo) is needed to support a defected garment claim and it is at our discretion as to either refund, exchange, or reproduce your order.

It is also at our discretion to deny the claim if the provided visuals do not show any mishaps or errors from our facility. We also hold the option to allow exchanges at sometimes if the customer is willing to send the original item back and pay for the shipping to send the item back out.




HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?


A tracking number is provided with every order. If your package status states 'DELIVERED' we are not responsible if you claim you never received your package. You would have to check with USPS about the matter.




SHIPPING


We can only guarantee when a package will be shipped. We CAN NOT guarantee an actual delivery time or date for your package. We are not associated with the postal or parcel service.

International customers should check with their postal service to see if there are any additional fees for international packages to be delivered. We are not responsible for those fees.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.




HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER? IS IT SECURE?


We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, PayPal & Cash. All orders must be paid for before printing begins.

Your custom apparel will be ready in 5-7 business days from the date payment is received.

Shipping costs are additional and will impact the date of arrival for your apparel.




SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER


Because all items are custom printed and made to order, we do not have a return policy.

Exceptions are if the garment or printing is defective. In this case, we will return 100% of your money or replace the item.




WHAT BRAND OF APPAREL DO WE HAVE?


We offer a wide range of brands; however, we generally use brands such as: Gildan, Next Level, and Bella Canvas. Unisex apparel is true to size (pre-shrunk), yet women’s fitted brands run a size smaller, therefore, we recommend ordering the next size up.
